These days systems are expected to be virtually 100% available in order to ensure the safety of all traffic participants. If anything does go wrong, we guarantee reliable support and fast, efficient repairs.
For this purpose, DÜRR Group GmbH not only has a highly qualified team of service engineers with all the necessary cross-system know-how at their fingertips; we also design our systems as integrated, object-oriented total system solutions with fast response and fault rectification in mind.
Depending on the requirement profile and the service agreement, we offer a 24-hour service if necessary. Besides remote or telephone fault diagnosis and repair, we also offer on-site fault repair, remote maintenance via modem and telephone support for eliminating disruptions and repairing faults.
Our service organisation is designed to enable us to meet all standard present-day requirement profiles in terms of fault logging, fault repair, maintenance, servicing and support at any time.
